“ My very first time organise company event here and the service from the staff and the food are top notch.Seafoods serve very fresh and the roasted lamb juicy. Good job Sheraton team especially Mr Andrew the Manager.Looking forward for the next event here. ”

“ Went for their Ocean Catch Buffet Dinner. Came a bit late around 7.30 instead buffet started at 6.30pm. Staff very attentive to show ur booked table. The coffe hse very crowded, the atmosphere look like a food court very lousy. Then time to pick up the food at the buffet but almost empty. So need to wait for their replenishment, so just pick whatever available 1st. Some of the food tasted great but some seafood doesn't look fresh. There's no squid & shells. I wish they should have a seafood grille. They clear the buffet around 9.45pm its too early instead buffet time until 10.30pm. ”
“ The food is actually delicious. I personally think that there are not many food choices, the food refill is also slow, and there are not many beverage choices. However, if you have not tried the buffet of this restaurant, you can try it. I tried it for the first time with my partner yesterday. I probably won’t choose this buffet restaurant next time. I feel that the price is not worth it. But there are many choices for desserts. Pudding and fruit are all in refrigerated casing, which deserves extra points. In addition, the service of the front desk staff is also very good, but the service staff is a little slow in closing the plate. When I finished my water, no one refilled it. I had to stand up to refill my water. Another point is that there are only two of us, and the restaurant arranged a table for 6 people for us, which is a bit big. ”
“ The service and environment was the best thing about this restaurant, however the food could have so much more potential as the deserts did not taste very nice but I guess the variety spread of food was able to make us overlook the desserts. Either way, will Come again! ”
“ We came with a group of 21 and had some difficulty getting the deposit payment sorted — probably because we insisted on getting a card promotion (tight budget life! ). The trainee assisting us seemed a bit troubled but did her best to show great hospitality. In the end, we had to trouble Mr. Jay John from management. He was very patient, listened to us fully, and explained everything clearly. Ultimately, he was kind enough to let us make payment on the event day itself, which we really appreciated. The food was okay — though with so many people, it was a bit tricky to get through the buffet line quickly. Service, however, was excellent! Everyone worked hard to keep the buffet stocked, and the teamwork was awesome. ”
